Some Information:

File Types:

  • CMYK Format (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) - Do not send files in RGB mode (RGB mode is reserved for the web. Colors will not all be printable).
  • 300 dpi (pixels/inch) - Ink coverage must not exceed 300% (Difficult drying, ink drips may appear).
  • Respect the Bleed Area (Your visual must extend into this area, ensure that texts and important elements are not too close to the cutting zone, about 3mm) - Booklet preparation [PLEASE RESPECT IMPOSITION RULES (download classic booklet for doc info)] Files must be imposed as follows: [12 - 1]; [2 - 11]; [10 - 3]; [4 - 9]; [8 - 5]; [6 - 7]
  • FOGRA 39 color profiles: Booklet, crystal case back, crystal case underlay, CD, etc...

- At Hurricane, technical advice and file verification are provided free of charge. Beyond 2 pieces of advice or verification, a surcharge of €10 will be applied to the total cost of your pressing. Interventions on source files will be subject to a quote from our graphic designer.
